This coaching can happen face-to-face in our clinic, or online.

Seminars

These 2/3-hour seminars are the smaller parts of our course. They all follow our TREAT protocol, providing knowledge, understanding and practical steps forwards.

The modules are ‘Stress Theory’, ‘Psychological Skills Training’, ‘Breathwork, Sleep and Recovery’ and ‘The Body’.

They can be attended live or will be available online.

Self-paced Online Course

We are in the process of recording the course so it can be taken at your own leisure. It will be available in full, or in parts.

Manual Therapy

The most practical application we offer. This is an extension of Lucie's incredibly effective clinical practice.

She does hands-on biomechanics assessment, joint mobilisation, sports massage and nervous system strategies.
