Our main goal is to help individuals to build their capacity and tolerance to stress.

Our journey together begins with our diagnostic tool.

This isn't a measure of an individual, it's a snapshot of the team.

It highlights what you're doing really well, and where your pressure points are.

We use 5 diagnostic domains:

  1. Cognitive performance under load - how individuals think and make decisions under pressure

  2. Recovery and Energy Capacity - if people have the energy to perform consistently

  3. Psychological resilience and safety – how a person handles pressure and if they feel safe to speak up

  4. Team cohesion and relational friction – how well the team works together under pressure

  5. Role clarity, control and work design – if the job is set up in a way that creates or reduces stress.

From here, we can discuss an path of intervention that suits you.

Theses are implemented over a period of time using three different formats:

Workshop Content

Understanding Stress

Our course is theory-led and research-backed. We will delve into the topic of stress to provide you with a deeper understanding. We've found with that, self-awareness grows.

In this module we'll look into topics such as resilience, tolerance, human performance, mental load and touch on trauma.

Psychological Skills Training

This is a more practical module where we look at practicing and applying resilience and Positive Psychology. We'll also look at strategies like visualisation, goal-setting and habit-forming.

Breathwork and Sleep

This module looks at the theory of sleep and ways to improve yours. We'll also look into recovery and strategies to ensure you're getting enough.

To do this we'll look at things like breathwork and touch on diet and supplementation.

The Body

In our experience, stress isn't just in the mind. We regularly work with clients who's stress shows up in a very physical way. This might be tension, headaches or recurring injuries.

In this module we'll talk about self-testing and practicing easy exercises to help your nervous system return to a relaxed state.

All of our work is theory-led and research-based. We keep it interesting without getting too bogged down in the science.

Education

Knowledge is power. An understanding of the topic can provide great insight and self-awareness.

Application

This is the light-bulb moment where we, and the clients, apply the education to their own environment. The theory starts making sense in their own lives.
